We offer standard and expedited shipping via specialized couriers to ensure fragile instruments like guitars and keyboards are handled with care. All shipments are fully insured.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic equipment?
Yes, all new electronic equipment, including amplifiers and pedals, comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
You can return most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that items like reeds, harmonicas, and in-ear monitors cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Are instruments set up before they are shipped?
Every guitar and bass undergoes a multi-point inspection and basic setup by our in-house technicians to ensure it is playable straight out of the box.
