Log into your Music Planet account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
